RaiKid is an AI-powered platform designed to provide age-appropriate conversations and educational assistance for children while giving parents oversight and customization tools.

2. Eligibility
Parents and Guardians
You must be at least 18 years old to create and manage a RaiKid Parent account.
By creating an account, you represent that:
- You are a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult.
- You have the authority to manage the child’s use of the Services.

Children
Children may only use RaiKid through a parent-managed account.
Parents are responsible for supervising their child’s use of the Services.

However, no filtering system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee that every response will always be error-free or suitable for every child.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
